I just like all the Fontanelle people I work with. I’ve known the President, Steve Pike, since 1980 and I know that if I need to I can call him and he’ll listen to me.
My District Sales Manager is also there for me. Every time I have had a problem or needed anything, my DSM Ron Slayden has been there. I can tell Ron about what is going on and he’ll stop out the next day because he cares. His presence just helps even when it’s problems like Mother Nature that he can’t do anything about.
I also like going to Ron’s Fontanelle meetings to learn about seed and get ready to go out and sell. I am really excited about the technology and I can’t wait to see what happens.
